At Saku Couture, we believe in transparency and trust. Our policies are designed to ensure a smooth, respectful, and premium experience for every client.
Shipping Policy
Processing Time: We craft custom-made orders within X days after confirmation. Please note, we do not process orders on weekends or public holidays. Shipping Time: Once processing is complete, we promptly dispatch your order. Delivery typically takes X days, depending on your location. However, during peak seasons or unforeseen circumstances, shipping may take longer. Tracking: After dispatch, we will email you a tracking link, allowing you to monitor your package's journey in real-time. If you do not receive this information within 24 hours of dispatch, please contact our support team.
Payment Policy
Accepted Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and digital wallets. Order Processing: We process orders only after receiving successful payment. Bulk/Custom Orders: For bulk or custom orders, we require an advance payment of 50% to initiate processing.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns: We do not accept returns on customized products. Exchanges: You may request an exchange only for sizing issues; however, terms and conditions apply. Defective/Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please report it within 24 hours of delivery, including images.
Customization Policy
All our pieces are handcrafted and customized to your preferences. Once an order is placed, modifications are allowed only within X hours of confirmation. Due to the personalized nature of our work, custom orders are non-returnable.
Privacy Policy
Your personal details are secure and used only for order fulfillment. We do not share your information with third parties.
Alterations policy
We offer complimentary fittings and minor alterations up to 7 days after delivery. Depending on the changes required, additional charges may apply for major adjustments or post-event alterations.
